Job description
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients including fleet operators and transporters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including OEMs, dealers, and distributors
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objective
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry
- Demonstrable experience working with OEMS
- Strong understanding of the automobile market, industry trends, and customer
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and methodology
- Hindi Speaking is a Must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
