Role & responsibilities
- Hiring Vehicle from Open Market (Brokers), Vehicle Placements such as Tata Ace, Bolero, 407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL, etc for overall Pan India Level
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and route planning
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and on-time delivery rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization and reduce downtime.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 to 7 Years into Traffic Profile.
- Proficient in placing FTL vehicles(Tata Ace, Bolero, 407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL)
- Ability to use vehicle tracking software.
- Familiar with the Karnataka area.
- Familiarity with route planning tools and techniques.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
