Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Coordinate with other team for POD(Proof of Delivery) Collection.
- Line-Haul Vehicle Tracking with our In-house Intelligent Dashboard.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Freshers with interest to work in Logistics based company.
- Required language skills: English, Tamil, Hindi - Must
- Basic Excel Knowledge.
